This new upper was designed in 2002, when I was working as a freelancer. The ASICS team did an amazing job turning a single sketch with section views into a perfect prototype with accurate proportions and a great fit.
This model was relaunched by ASICS in the 2019 streetwear collection. This silver/white colorway is the same as the original version from 15 years ago.
