Only 2 hours walk in the morning so very brief visit. Place is beautiful, pity I couldn't stay longer. Bologna has the oldest University in the Western world, was named European Capital of Culture in 2000 and of course.. for all the shoe people - has Lineapelle, shoe materials and components fair. More on the other side... TORINO photosss | 3 march 2010 Beautiful place. It's not that far from Milan. Perfect destination for one day trip. City has typical Italian character, with big open squares and astonishing architecture. What's more it's very quiet there… old part of the town is closed for cars and it makes a big difference compared to Milan for example. More on the other side...
