Who likes MOTION CONTROL shoes?

I actually wanted to put different title - "Who killed Motion Control shoe?" because they are almost gone from the market. The only place you can buy them is running specialty store. No one else wants to sell it. But why?
Reason is simple - they don't look too fancy and this counts when we buy stuff.
The only way to sell Motion Control shoe is to give a prove the customer that it works for him/her. So only specialty store with proper testing equipment can do it. There is no other way.
The truth is Motion Control shoes
are the best training shoes for people with heavy
over-pronation
. Wide and stable platform gives the best support. In good running stores this type of shoes are selling well because they really work. For the same reason good running brands have MC models in they range.
Brooks and Asics even have Neutral versions of MC shoes for the people who use orthotics (no need for double support).
same tooling, with and without second density.
same idea from Brooks:
The most successful and known Motion Control shoe is Brooks Beast. It's a right name for it...
